Does anyone reflect it amusing that most of the reviews here contain spelling and grammar errors? I’m building more money than any of the MBAs that have commented here, and I never graduated from college! Spare yourself the book and the cost of an MBA, and learn Peoplesoft or SAP.

I read this book to kickstart my essay part of my application. After reading the first hundred or so pages, I place the book down, started writing my essays. After reading my essays, I started to weep as they were such personal masterpieces. I owe it all to Richard Montauk and his admissions book…………

If you find the advice offered by this book insightful, trust me, forget about your applications for the top b-schools. What? You scored 650+ in the GMAT and you don’t know what to emphasize in your essays? Don’t you reflect it is ironic that an applicant for the top B-schools doesn’t know the “right marketing strategy” for the application? Most of the advice is just common sense for the applicants (of course, persons who are likely to be admitted) with “levelheaded literary aptitude ” and “strong managerial potential”. This is just a book to confirm “Who can Get into the Top MBA Programs”.
