What an awesome product! If for some bizarre reason you don’t own the magical world that is Harry Potter, then this is the product for you. All seven books are included for less then they would cost if they were bought seperately. The fact that they’re hardcover and the case are extra bonuses. A perfect gift for Harry’s fans everwhere!

I have read the first three books and I am underwhelmed. If you want fantastic fantasy for children, try the Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis(which are just as excellent and devious for adults), the works of Edith Nesbit, or the works of Edgar Keen (beginning with Half Magic). I have to admit that, of the three I’ve read, the first one was the best. It was very amusing with regard to the descriptions of the Muggle family tree, the Dirsleys. But there is permanently a touch of uprising and unadorned revenge to the tale. The later books are more mysterious, but I say it’s unfair in a mystery to not give enough devious clues to make it possible for me to figure it out before I am told the answer by the leader. The third book, The Prisoner of Azbakan, was especially frustrating in this regard. I establish the second and third books hard to wade through. I don’t care about Quiditch and I just didn’t care about what happened to Harry and his friends. In the end some new info would FINALLY tell the answers to the mysteries in the book. Rowling is no fantastic leader and I consider these books a waste of time–except for the Dirsley parts of the first one. If you want comraderie and adventure, fun and REAL life insights, check out the titles above. You won’t regret it!

Harry Potter is a phenomenon with witches, warlocks, treachery, flying chickens, and more! Now that you’ve read all of HP books what can you read that is of the same genre, quality, and passion?? Type in Robert E. Howard in Amazon search and start with ‘The Coming Of Conan The Cimmerian’ by Del Rey with the first tale The Phoenix on the Sword, The Frost-Giant’s Daughter, The God in the Bowl, and to the last tale a full novel called The Devil in Iron. It’s perfectly illustrated every few pages by Mark Schultz which adds value and more!
Excerpt on back of book ‘Conan is one of the greatest fictional heroes ever made–a swordsman who cuts a swarth across the lands of the Hyborian Age, facing powerful sorcerers, deadly creatures, and ruthless armies of thieves and reavers.
Collected in this volume, profusely illustrated by artist Mark Schultz, are Howard’s first 13 Conan tales, appearing in their original versions–in some cases for the first time in more than 70 years–and in order Howard wrote them.’
‘Howard was a right storyteller–one of the first, and certainly among the best, you’ll find in heroic fantasy. If you’ve never read him before, you’re in for a real treat.’
Highly Recommend all of the Del Rey books of REH Conan’s, Kull, Bran Mak Morn, Solomon Kane, Crimson Shadows, The Best of REH Vol 1 & 2, The Last of the Trunk and Selected Letters of REH Foundation, Blood & Thunder, The Life & Art of REH by Mark Finn, One Who Walked Alone by Novalyne Fee, and The Beast from the Gulf about cats -my favorite. Delight in!!

The fee that you’re paying here people is for the ENTIRE run of the Potter books in hardback. Count them, ALL SEVEN. Anyone who honestly expects that the packaging is really going to make a difference here is living in la-la land. What are you going to do with them once you get them? Place them in a box? Or do what was meant with books with dust covers as nice as these and place them on a shelf for spectacle? I reflect the box is fine for what it is. But I tell you what. Go out and buy these hardback books one by one and see how much they cost. Complaining about the box? Gimme a break.
