I selected this book up because of the take in. It looked very peaceful and uplifting. I had no thought what I was in for until I read the introduction. This is not a predictable self-help book that just lays out things for you to do to improve yourself. This book is so well written that it reads like a novel. I establish myself so engaged in the book and all of the fantastic information and strategies Dr. Smith offered on apt pleased. This book made me reflect about things that I haven’t thought about for a long time and just by thinking about them I realized what I had been doing incorrect in the past and what I could now do to make things better. I like that this book is full of real scientific references to studies that have been conducted all over the world. In a lot of these types of books the leader simply offers his or her own opinion on the theme matter, but in this book Dr. Smith offers real science, but he writes it in a way that everyone can know. Here are just a few of the many things you will get from this book:

I loved the exercises that were in the book at the end of each chapter. They were nice and fleeting but very instructive and informative. I read this book in just a couple of sittings, because once I ongoing, it was hard to place down. I plot on loaning my book to my friends, because I reflect it’s one of persons books that will help everyone in some way see things differently and appreciate life more. I am much more pleased after reading this book and I plot on giving a few copies away as a gift, because I know others will benefit from it just as I have. This book is a winner!!!

All of us go through a time in our lives when being pleased just doesn’t seem realistic. When I was going through my divorce, I wasn’t even able to remember what that five letter word meant. I wish that I would have had a copy of this book back then.

I got an early copy of this book and after finding so much success and wisdom’s in Dr. Smith’s additional books, I couldn’t wait to get ongoing on HAPPY. I must tell you that straight away I was taken in by this book. I don’t read introductions regularly, but this introduction was so personal and opened up a window into Dr. Smith who I have watched on TV for many years, but didn’t know much about his background. I read more than half of this book in one sitting and finished it up before I went to sleep. Once I ongoing reading it, I simply couldn’t place it down. So much of it made perfect sense and it was such an simple read. What I also like about the book is that Dr. Smith bases it on real scientific research. It’s about about the real science behind happiness and what leading experts have establish to be right when it comes to finding and holding on to happiness. I must admit that reading it made me see a lot of things that I’ve been doing incorrect and it also showed me how to make tiny changes to start doing things right. I have had my own difficulties in life, so I have read a lot of books about being positive and living more optimistically. I must say that Dr. Smith’s book is head and shoulders above the rest. Here are some of the things you learn:
The right secret of happiness isn’t establish in material measures of success. The secret is much simpler and closer to home. It’s all about setting or re-setting your priorities, something HAPPY teaches you to do so easily. The book shows that studies reveal that happiness is 50% genetic, but 40% we can control. Dr. Smith focuses on this 40% has he gives us ways to immediately boost our happiness. He has an entire chapter dedicated to happiness boosters. I have tried most of them already and they WORK and they are so EASY!
Dr. Smith says that Happiness is establish in:
