Product Description
This is by far the best thing I’ve ever read about negotiation. It is equally significant for the individual who want to keep his friends, property, and income and the statesman who want to keep the peace. –John Kenneth Galbraith.Amazon.com Review
We’re constantly negotiating in our lives, whether it’s convincing the kids to do their homework or settling million-dollar lawsuits. For persons who need help winning these battles, Roger Fisher has developed a simple and straightforward five-step system for how to behave in negotiations. Narrated soothingly by NPR announcer Bob Edwards, Fisher adds the meaty parts of the material with a sense of playfulness. The blend of voices makes this tape simple to listen to, especially the real-life negotiating scenarios, in which negotiating examples are agreed. This is a must-have tape for every businessperson’s car. (Running time: one hour, one cassette) –Sharon Griggins

This will never work in government. YOu need a book more like “STAYING AT NO”. There is no reason why the government has to treat any of it’s employees any better than slaves. Congress says so and gives small if any “rights” to it’s workers. You DON’T have to negiotiate anything because the only thing the employee can do is sulk, die or quit .

Brilliant book. Who is 2000percentsolution.com and why do they spam the book reviews promoting themselves?
