I visit England frequently. I have an earlier edition of this book which I find to be very useful, even now. The new version leaves out a lot of the excellent places that were in the ancient book and it lacks credibility. I have a hard time taking any of it seriously when it tells me that an English pint is 16 ounces. Anyone who is serious about English beer knows that an English pint is 20 ounces.

I’m preparation to go on a trip to England in September and ordered the book early. After briefly looking through it, I can tell it will be of fantastic help to me. I was told about this book from a name who had taken it with them to England and they said “YOU HAVE TO GET THIS BOOK!” So buy it!
