This book was like a giant epiphany all over the place for me. I kept thinking that it was nearly personally written for me at times.
The best thing I took away from this book was asking myself what’s the worst that can take place? Can I handle that? and right to the belief that yeah, I can. Its scary, I still have to work on it, but I do it anyway.
The book basically goes to show you that you CAN live a bit of a ‘free-er’ life by not being so worried of things that you really CAN handle. In my case, like many others I suppose, it occurred to me that ‘well of course I can handle it…I dont really have a choice’. So that was awesome to realize that I CAN HANDLE IT.
After reading, a name suggested to me that I am not worried…in any case, its helped me open my boundaries a bit more and showing that there’s not a whole lot to lose.
