We were told by Amazon that the seller had shipped this item two days after purchasing on 12/20/09. This was untrue.
The item was only shipped on 12/31/09 ( We have the shipping envelope and USPS shipping sticker to prove this point ).
The item was in VERY terrible condition with the entire take in stuck with scotch tape. If it was not for my son needing this book, at such a late stage for college, I would have sent it back,and demanded a full refund together with the return postage.
Buyers need to first take the email addresses of all sellers inorder to satisfy themselves and VERIFY that the product is fully described as what the condition really is.
In the future, I will be extremely weary building another Amazon buy unless I personally make contact with the seller, and question all the necessary questions to learn the TRUE condition and proposed shipping date of the item bought.
It is obvious there are no checks and balances to keep the rogues out of the market place.
