It seems that this book is simply negative. If you are so concerned about these “insane crazy people” then get away from them. Reading a book while imagining these people seems extremely obsessive and histrionic in itself.

I have had this book over a year and go back and back for more clarification and validation. I would sincerely like to somehow thank the leader for this insight. It has helped me to walk in the light again. I have much more to learn and skill to aquire in getting untangled, but it is getting simpler each day. It is truly a day to day struggle,too! My particular theme is excessive compulsive AND narcissistic. Sigh.
