I’ve been to the melting pot many times and have made fondues at home as well. I was extremely excited when I came across this book but I must admit this book has been an disappointment. I have tried several of the recipes and have followed them all to a T but none of them taste excellent, let alone like at the restaruant.
The book does provide some coupons for the melting pot but additional than that, I wouldn’t really recommend this book.

I ordered this book yesterday. I haven’t received it yet, but after reading all of these reviews I so cannot wait to receive it. I plot on having a Fondue night for Valentine’s day for my boyfriend and another couple. I am so excited, especially, because my boyfriend cannot justify spending so much money to really eat at The Melting Pot!!

We bought this book for a name who likes fondue, and they were delighted. We’ve done fondue for a long time and thought the recipes looked like fun and offered lots of variety for exploration.

I reflect the photos are fantastic and the book is bound very well. But, I am going to have to give it only a 4 star because the instructions are a bit missing. They don’t tell you approximately how long to cook the meat in the fondue pot. I would reflect they would at least provide a guideline for beef, poultry, fish, etc. But, overall… they have included a lot of the recipes and it will save a bundle of cash to make your own as a replacement for of eat there.
