This book is worth every penny and more. Besides being perfectly produced, it really spoke to me in terms of how a house should “feel”. I bought several additional books at the same time, and none of them even came close to this. Most additional books are just a mass of checklists and construction details that are honestly pointless in the very beginning. Most additional books also never go into the psychology of what makes a home feel right like this one does. This book is just perfect for anyone starting to dream about their “dream” house. Get the feeling right, and the rest will follow.
