This book is nothing but lies. Anyone out there if you really want to learn about islam please read the Holy Quran, there are money translations out there. I guarantee you that you will come to your own conclusion that Islam is a religion of peace not despise.

The truth about Sharia law can be establish nowhere but the Koran. Darwish has no thought what Sharia law is because she is only trying to sell a book. I recommend that people go and read an English version of the Koran and not this nonsense or any additional book this woman writes.

Sharia is based not only the Koran and Hadith, it’s also based on logic,reason and concensus. The women issue is pre-Islamic problem with Arabs, Mohamed really liberated women and gave them more rights than before. This woman is just cashing what ignorant western world want to hear about Islam, I am not adage Muslims are better than additional religions, we are all same boat, there are crimes against women even in US and everywhere in the world. Sharia she claims are from her pocket, Sharia law is not that hard, this woman is just one of persons who taking advantage Islam-phopia in the west, save your money and read real Islamic scholars.

I have not (yet?) read this book, but I am wondering what a Muslim’s thoughts and reactions to this would be. It does not sound as though the leader makes a very clear honor between Islam, the religion per se, and Sharia law as it is practiced in parts of the Muslim world. I know that I would despise to have my own faith judged by the actions of many who *aver* to speak for Christianity; I also have a dear friend, a devout Muslim woman, whom I know for a fact would certainly NEVER subscribe to a religion such as the leader is describing.
