book arrived on time and in pretty excellent condition. many pages were slightly wrinkled due to what seemed like very light water hurt, but no huge deal. would order from them again.

The book is extremely well written, very clear and “down to planet”, with explanations easily understandable. As to the “diet, it is extremely well balanced but to some extent intricate to follow because of the various daily amounts of “must”.

There are many books on lowering cholesterol. But, this is the best in my opinion. Clear and simple to follow. I don’t religiously follow all the steps exactly, but I incorporate as many as possible into my program. These are healthy recommendations for everyone.

I gave this book to my mom who is trying to naturally lower her cholesterol. Her doctor was really pressuring her to go on tablets, but after following this plot, her cholesterol dropped enough that her doctor is not pushing the tablets. It’s effective for her, but involves a small too much structure for me.
