I ordered centered riding 1 & 2 at the same time and got two of the number 2 dvd’s. I reflect that the sku # had to be incorrect because reordered the centered riding dvd #1 and got #2 again. Gave up on getting Centered riding dvd #1. So I can’t tell you how it is but number 2 was excellent.

Having heard so much about this fantastic, leap forwards book, I was really disappointed. The approach to riding was certainly unusual, but I establish none of the images helpful in any way, and in fact if you follow her images closely, you will end up riding incorrectly, as is apparent by the incorrect position seen in many of the pictures throughout the book. She falls into the common trap of thinking riding is about relaxing and balancing, rather than a highly powerful endeavor that requires strong isotonic contractions of many muscles, primarily the abs and thigh muscles.

This book was delivered to the incorrect take up and I never received it. I have paid for it, but no book. I don’t know if it was supposed to be signed for at the manner of language site, or if it was just left in the mailbox or at the door. Regardless, I never signed for it, or received it.

This video it pretty excellent. It is very slow so a small tough to watch but very imformative. I do plot on purchasing part II.
