I got this book thinking it would offer me a warriors code of values I could follow… and then break because I’m a renegade – a real wild card. This book is really just a bunch of gun prices. I don’t know why I need a book of prices because if I want to buy a gun I’ll just check the fee before I buy it. I guess it makes comparative shopping simple, but all of these guns in this book are too expensive for me anyways.

The book tells most guns and types and it is mostly excellent except for a certain types!

The item is fine, but, Amazon’s shipping procedures are very slow, and inadequet. I paid for an upgrade in shipping, and the item was two days late, with no explanation from Amazon.I will remember this the next time I need to order.

This is obviously a book for the professional gunsmith or collector. I had received a few very ancient and abused guns (pistols and longarms)from my uncle , and wanted a book of PICTURES and information to help me choose what I had in my inheritance.There are some pictures at the front of the book to help you determine CONDITION of a weapon in a collector value way. This is a thick book of page after page of information containing serial numbers and dates of manufacture but really no help to me, due to the lack of photographs. If you are looking for serial numbers and dates of manufacure and so into the world with no pictures, it will be worthwhile for you.This is basically a technical manual for professionals.
