I painstakingly loved this book. I read it nearly straight through, I just got so interested in the characters and the plot. The emotions were very strong, and I admit it made me weep. Certainly inspires you to look at your life and evaluate relationships and priorities. I recommend this book to anyone who can commit themselves to reading it, to be able to get the full range of the characters, the emotions, and the circumstances.

This was a wonderful tale about the bonds of sisterhood. For anyone that has had or does have a sister it is a powerful reminder how special that relationship is.

If there is one thing leader Kristin Hannah likes, it is tales about sisters. So, not unlike Right Colors, we have another book about sisters. This time it is two sisters (Meghann & Claire). Older sister, Meghann, is a successful divorce lawyer but unlucky in like. Claire is a single mother and caretaker of a well loved lodge. Meghann and Claire are not as close as they used to be, but things may change now that Claire is getting married.
This is a excellent tale. Again Hannah does a excellent job with character development and emotions. I reflect there was more romance in Right Colors, which I liked more. This one is just about relationships between sisters.

This book is written like a trashy romance novel or a written soap opera. It has really unbelievable, predictable characters and cliche situations. It was compelling but the plot and writing caused me to roll my eyes several times. I read it for a book club and most of us thought it was terrible. I did end it. It wasn’t so terrible that I place it down but I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is the first book I have read by this Leader and it will not be the last. This book has everything, fantastic characters, wonderful plot and surprises. I will say that if you don’t like a tale that makes you weep, then don’t read this. It’s not a terrible weep by the way, but you get so involved in the tale that you find yourself there anyway. I downloaded it on Kindle and the formating was fine. Kristen Hannah has all the makings to be a must read.
