The book covers the essential areas but I was regularly struck by how aggressive the book is advising the reader to be. I am convinced that closely following the advise of this book is not a recipe for success at all.

The might of this book is the emphasis on personal relationship skills with the interviewer. Being able to handle tough interview questions requires substantive answers combined with the ability to deliver them in a credible way. Again and again the book delivers fantastic advice. I cannot imagine anyone who could regret reading this book. Again and again the book surprised me with how it helps the reader know what is behind each interview question and how to best take up the question and how to ace the interview and really how to ace ANY interview and get the job.
