The book assumes you are interested in rational opinion. In any case the book is not appealing to read. I know small about opinion, but if the argument isn’t interested, whether it is excellent or not is secondary. In order to win any argument or make it you must first be appealing. This books fails at that.

The main nominal context of this book is preluded by necessary but informative meaning.It failed but in its approach to pradocate the very imposition it was trying to assert.I dont reflect has the unifying thought failsafes that were all to abundant in previous attempts (Copi,Informal Logic) but it does appeal to the novice which is what makes it so accessible.

Honestly early on the leader makes the statement that
“…although there was a time when experts disagreed about global climate change, the world scientific community is now nearly unanimous that it is in the works and needs to be addressed. Sure , there `s still controversy, but not among the experts.”
It’s that Al Gore Kool-Aid speechifying again. Who needs to argue “settled science?” Psst . . . the leader obviously has an ax to grind. Perhaps he hasn’t read his own book.

When I was in huge company as a pre-sale, there was a model addressing how to simulate customer issues. Of course, it worked. But, how about additional topics?
Half year before, I bought the “asking the right question”. It helped me a lot to find what to judge or what to do in my professional life regarding to choice involving huge money and schedule in high-tech product development.
To be actively find out where is the issue in addition to customer-issue in my life and job, this book does provide a excellent approach to explore the issue I face and argue in a way which I can defense. ARQ will be the tool, too, to further screen my argument.
