All this book does is give reasons why pushups are excellent to do. Teach you how to do them and tell you its vital to warm up. All of this information can be establish else where and wasn’t all that fantastic anyways. the only useful part for me was the chart to tell you how to get to 100 consecutive pushups. Honestly though even that isn’t all that necessary. I guess I was just expecting a better training method then simply do this many pushups. I could have just done 5 or 6 sets a day till failure and I could have got to 100 consecutive just as quick or quicker. I reflect this book is a gimmick and tries to take advantage of persons lacking much knowledge of exercise science.

I establish the book simple to read and it has inspired me to do more pushups. It caters to all levels of fitness which is a huge plus. I ongoing off doing 21 and after two weeks I can nut out 41. Can’t wait to get to the 100!

Well the thought is fantastic and I have been doing as the book demands but I’m not yet at 100. That’s not the books fault. I have injuries which limit my success but I’m sure I will reach 100 plus push ups with this book and a small more time than suggested. I’m on week 4 and I’m up to 30 push ups which is an improvement because I could only do 20 or so before. I now do 30 with eaze. I have no complaints. This is a excellent book and it offers a excellent plot.

Although, I have not concluded the workout yet, I find that the book simple to know… Not so simple to do. But, so far it works. A nice book for somebody who wants to get fit.

This book was excellent at explaining the benefits of the exercise. It even had a excellent starting point for persons of us that can’t do more then 5 push-ups. I wanted to see a web based version of the charts in the book. You either have to copy or rip the charts out in the book or recreate them by hand.
