Yes there are 101 excercises, but no instruction on weight distribution and rein contact. It is mearly a list of things to do such that on a sleepless night I could come up with the same patterns. I would use it for thoughts in a class so that I could keep things fresh.

I reflect that this book is brilliant. My horse really loved and learnt loads from the exercises, and so did I. This book is excellent for people of nearly all riding abilities, and for equines that get bored easily! This book, I judge, will be read over and over by just about everyone who reads it. I look forwards to doing more of the exercises in the book as I advance in my horsepersonship skills.
